Intellectual Capital dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Organisasi Dakwah
Abstract
Intellectual Capital (IK) has become a key factor in improving organizational performance in various sectors, including da'wah organizations. In this context, IK plays a role in managing and optimizing existing resources to achieve more effective and efficient da'wah goals. This article discusses how the application of the concept of Intellectual Capital in missionary organizations can improve performance, and explains how the components of IK, namely Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relational Capital, contribute to the development of missionary organizations. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature studies to explore the concept and application of IK in improving the performance of missionary organizations.
