Abstract
The Al-Miftah Foundation, which is under the Miftahul Ulum Panyepen Islamic Boarding School, is a da'wah organization that operates in the fields of education, waqof, social and da'wah with coverage in the areas of Madura, Jember, Central Kalimantan and the Riau Islands. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Good Governance at the Al-Miftah Foundation, including the principles of transparency, accountability, participation, responsiveness and justice. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the foundation has implemented the principles of Good Governance well, even though there are obstacles in technology adoption, human resource capabilities, and coordination with fostered institutions. Strategic recommendations include digitizing management systems, governance training, and strengthening program supervision. This research contributes to the development of governance of Islamic boarding school-based da'wah organizations as a transparent and accountable management model.
