Abstract

This article discusses the development of leadership skills for the administrators of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program Student Association. In the context of higher education, effective leadership is the key to improving the quality of the organization and students' contribution to society. This community service program is designed through a series of training and workshops that focus on strengthening soft skills, such as communication, collaboration, and problem solving. This service uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The methods used include interactive discussions, simulations, and case studies, which involve active participation from participants. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in the administrators' self-confidence and ability to make decisions and lead teams. It is hoped that the development of these skills will not only be beneficial for the administrators, but can also strengthen the role of the Student Association in creating a productive and harmonious academic environment. This article is a reference for the development of leadership programs in other educational institutions.
